Shipping Policy
The items will be shipped out within 24 hours during working days after we receive your payment, which means our carrier will pick up the items within 24 hours. You will receive an automatically generated e-mail including the carrier's information and a tracking number as soon as the item has been dispatched. You can track your item on the carrier's official website. Please note, the carrier only deliver at curbside or at door, normally carrier does not do inside delivery. If inside delivery is needed, please contact us first. Also most items require assembly. If you need help with assembly, please contact us.
The fulfillment of the delivery will take 2 to 8 days affected by the distance and the carrier's operational efficiency. Your patience will be highly appreciated when expecting the items. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
